Mrs. Cozzarelli has enjoyed working with the BES students, families and teachers for 24 years. Mrs. Cozzarelli provides specialized assistance and guidance to ensure that students have a positive educational experience.

Small Group Counseling
Small groups are beneficial to students because it allows them to share their thoughts and feelings with their peer under the guidance of the school counselor.

Classroom Counseling

At our annual High School Information Night parents and students from Belmar and Lake Como are invited to attend. Information regarding the various High Schools will be presented and the options for the students will be discussed as well as the process for assigning students to a High School. In attendance will be representatives from Asbury Park HS, Manasquan HS, Red Bank Regional HS, Neptune and Academy Charter HS.

Any student interested in attending a Monmouth County Vocational Academy MUST attend the Open House night for that school. All questions regarding HS placement should be directed to the Superintendent and questions regarding various HS options and programs may be discussed with the Superintendent or Ms. Cozzarelli.
