If you do not have a login or have been unable to login to the Parent Portal, please email helpdesk@belmar.k12.nj.us. We will help set up or correct your email so you can view all that the portal has to offer!
The Parent Access Module, provided by Genesis Educational Services, is a safe and secure way of enabling parents to access their own student's records using the Internet. This portal is intended to bridge the parent/teacher gap and increase awareness of your child's development and academic progress. The Parent Portal is easy to use and secure.
Once you are on the Genesis Parent Portal, you will need to go to the DOCUMENTS tab and read and Acknowledge all of the Documents. Then you will need to go to the FORMS tab and complete all of the forms. You will need to complete everything for all of the children in your family before you gain full access to the parent portal. From the Parent Portal you can access the following features:
- Student Summary - Schedule, some demographic information
- Assessments - grades 3-8
- Attendance records
- Grading - link to report cards
- Gradebook - all class assignments and grades
- Documents
- Forms
- Conferences
- School Information - days off and rotation days
- On the CONTACTS tab - you can review your contact information and request changes if needed
- On the SETTINGS tab - you can change your password
We realize that some parents are unable to complete the forms online, if this is the case, we ask that you contact the main office for paper copies of all documents requiring a signature. It is important that this information is completed for our school records.

Problems Logging In To The Parent Portal
Your User Name is the email address you used to register for the site
Use the Forgot Password Link to retrieve your password from the system (we can not see your password nor can we tell you what it is)
If you are still having trouble, email helpdesk@belmar.k12.nj.us and we will reset your password for you!
