Background:
Ms. Skelton is starting her twenty-eighth year at Belmar Elementary School! Ms.Skelton has always taught Middle School Language Arts except for two years teaching fifth grade at BES.
Ms. Skelton has had the pleasure of co-teaching and collaborating with many fabulous educators throughout her tenure at Belmar. Before finding her home at Belmar Elementary School, she began her career teaching English in replacement positions at Monmouth Regional, Ocean Township, and Neptune High Schools.

Ms. Skelton lives in Colts Neck and has two grown sons, Peter and Andrew, and a granddaughter Nora Liberty.
