Background:
This will be her 30th year at Belmar Elementary School. She has been teaching Preschool for the past 23 years. Every September she becomes just as excited as the children to start a new school year.

This year she is taking classes in Mindfulness and plans to implement Mindfulness into her classroom. Mindfulness is a powerful tool that supports children in calming themselves, focusing their attention and interacting effectively with others.

She lives in Lake Como with my husband B.J. their seven year old daughter, Isabella, and their dog Brooklyn. She is fortunate that her adult son, Shane, live around the block from her in Lake Como. The family loves going to the beach and riding their bikes everywhere.

Activities: Yoga class on the beach taught by her son. Watching her daughter perform at the Spring Lake Theatre. Going to Atlantic City with her husband. Last but not least teaching her Preschool Students!!!
